The food is exquisite and subtle. Sea-food salmon is a highlight - it&#39;s so soft as if it can melt in your mouth, we don&#39;t know how they do it. We also ordered Angus beef, which is beautifully smoked and paired with walnut hot and sour sauce, which is really different from what we usually eat.
